WHAT DO THEY MEAN:
- Online Photo Gallery: An amazing online gallery with all your wedding day edited photos. You can easily save, share, print and create favorite lists with ease. All your photos are delivered within a month of the wedding day.

Highlight film. This video captures the special moments of your day in a storytelling format. I play with vows, speeches and emotional moments to create a non-linear, aesthetic, handcrafted film that is perfect to share with friends and family. This is the ideal film to relive your wedding day.

Ceremony film. From the walk down the aisle, to the first kiss, no moment is missed! Includes 3 camera angles.
- Reception film. Full coverage of all reception. Introduction, toasts/speeches, special dances and party.
- Extended film: Grab some popcorn, get cozy, and expect to have a lot of fun! This is an extended film with the most important moments of your day. It is a much longer version than the highlight film, narrated in a linear way, with background music & natural audio. It lasts around 40-80 minutes and includes the full wedding day in one film (preps, full ceremony, couple session & bridal party, full reception…)
- Rehearsal film: Don’t miss all the sweet words your loved ones will share at your rehearsal dinner. A unique film including the rehearsal speeches. Parts of this film are included in your highlight film. Lodging Fee will be added for Weddings outside Tallahassee area (1hr or more driving distance).
- Aerial footage of the venue (availability subject to weather and venue location due to FAA Restrictions)
- Digital Delivery of the films. Couples will receive digital files to download. They can also access a password protected gallery on Vasanta’s website, which they can share with friends and family.
- Black and White Guest Photo Portraits: New addition that we are really excited about! During your dance party time, we set up a photo background and take black and white portraits of each guest (can be taken in couples or groups). 2 min slots for each group are set up in advance, so your guests don’t have to wait! Photos are delivered to all guests using a digital gallery after the wedding.
- Content Creator: A dedicated person that will share snippets of your wedding day on your social media platforms, recording on smartphones to capture everything vertically and in a fun way!
- Family & Guest interviews: We interview your most beloved family and friends in a casual and fun way, so they can share their memories, thoughts and wishes about you as a couple, and as individuals. Includes 30 min of interviews and we deliver an independent Interview film.
- Vasanta Wedding Box: A customized handcrafted wooden box engraved with your names and wedding date, including 3 USBs with all the films and a selection of photo prints (See examples here and here ) = $300
